General Terms and Condition
- Membership and vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Member is required to be onboard to redeem member privileges and voucher.
- Breakaway Hong Kong reserves the right to verify the identity of the membership and decline any discount or voucher from non-members.
- Member privilege and vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
- Member privilege is not applicable on massage, fuel charge or speedboat.
- Member privilege is not applicable on the following dates: 1 January, 14 February, Chinese New Year Eve, 1st day of Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Father’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, 24 December, 25 December 31 December and all firework nights.
- Breakaway Hong Kong reserves the right to change, modify, or amend membership benefits without notice.
- Breakaway Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time, if it is suspected that membership is being abused or operated fraudulently.
- Specific conditions may apply as stated on each voucher.
- The $500 cash voucher are applicable to members who renew their membership no more than 1 months after the original expiry date.
- Vouchers must be presented at time of boarding for redemption in order to receive the benefits.
- Vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue; any unclaimed vouchers will be forfeited thereafter.
- A maximum of one (1) cash voucher may be used during each visit. The voucher amount will be deducted from the bill before the membership discount is applied.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other services or products. They are not for re-sale.
- All offers are subject to availability and advance reservation is required.
- No vouchers issued will be replaced if lost or damaged.
